When dealing with Car Crafters, many insurance companies find their Direct Repair Program goals exceeded because we provide the safest repairs for the most reasonable cost, in the shortest time frame, benefiting both the insurance company and our customers. If you are working with any of these insurance companies directly, bring in the original estimate and we will see what we can do. The reason Car Crafters is not on DRP’s with all of these insurance companies is because their estimates are usually low and it’s hard to do quality work with a low budget unless we can justify additional damage. So in short, to be prepared you should have the original estimate with you, have it faxed ahead of time 881-3590 or have a claim number.
